This role involves using cutting-edge test automation tools and technologies to create robust test frameworks and test suites in order to speed up the product delivery process without compromising quality and performance. The SDET will ensure quality control across Tala’s backend services and mobile applications in multiple markets. The role involves developing test automation suites, supporting releases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Create, execute, and maintain automation tests for various testing phases, including functional, regression, and integration testing, enhancing testing efficiency and coverage. Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution and verification. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure software quality.

We are looking for a proven SDET to work alongside our developers on a cross functional delivery team to deliver products and functionalities ahead of our competitors. The Senior SDET designs, develops, and maintains the overall quality strategy and execution for complex software systems, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure solutions, and fostering innovation and mentoring team members.
