We're looking for an experienced Senior Performance Testing Engineer to play a key role in our contact center modernization initiative, focused on migrating IVR/Routing applications to modern cloud solutions like Amazon Connect. As part of our QA team, you'll take ownership of end-to-end call flow validation, ensuring seamless transition and optimal performance.
