As a Senior SDET at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team and help shape testing strategies for the features you support, going beyond simply running test cases to actively contributing to how quality is built into everything we ship. You’ll write reliable automated tests and advocate for testability during the technical design process.

As a Mobile QA Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. Collaborate with QA teammates, engineering managers, developers, and product managers in scrum teams, responsible for mobile API and UI manual testing and deploying mobile apps.

We’re looking for a QA Engineer who loves solving problems and digging into the root causes of issues; main tasks will involve testing across different areas, including backend, frontend, and mobile apps, playing a key part in the QA and release management processes, contributing to their success.
