Oversee the preparation of Site-Specific Safety Plans and Activity Hazard Analysis for assigned projects, ensuring compliance to all Safety Policies and adopted Standards. Develop and implement long-term strategy and short-term plans for continuous improvement of the safety, health and environmental compliance program, and conduct Safety Audits of project sites. Foster a positive safety culture and maintain safety certifications.
