Command Center Virtual RN

The Virtual Nurse will provide and coordinate care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The command center vRN functions include collaborating with physicians, assessing patients status, interpreting data, and responding to patient problems appropriately. The nurse will virtually educate the patient and families on disease processes and procedures.
