Offer culturally attuned virtual care in Spanish and English via phone, video call, or chat for full 30 minutes to assess patient needs, diagnose conditions, and provide appropriate clinical guidance or treatment. Collaborate closely with Latin American healthcare providers who serve as health coaches to US patients, as well as an integrated care model with our mental health team. Must maintain average patient satisfaction ratings in line with MiSalud clinical team averages at 95%+. Lead with an efficient and adaptable attitude.
