This role will perform in-basket support work remotely for identified clinics from a centralized nursing team. The RNs will be supporting outpatient clinics within the Internal Medicine and Family Medicine areas. This will include addressing patient concerns, providing education, utilizing protocols, and support the clinic and patients through timely resolution of concerns through written and verbal communication.
