The Biologist III is responsible for research, fieldwork, impact analysis, permit assessment, and report preparation for biological work. Essential functions include composing and reviewing biological technical reports, leading biological tests, and providing technical review of literature.

Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert on community benefits, education, and access to energy incentive programs, supporting Oregonians by providing information, resources, and guidance to help them utilize available energy incentives effectively. Expected to work at the central workplace at least six workdays each calendar year and attend pre-scheduled in-person all-staff meetings.

Responsible for managing all facets of renewable energy project development, from initial screening and greenfielding, to contract negotiations, financial modeling, and project management, all while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. As a Principal Optical Engineer on the Waveguide Design Team, you will define and drive the next generation of waveguide architectures for Augmented Reality (AR) displays, leveraging deep technical expertise to lead efforts in waveguide design, simulation, and fabrication, while also serving as a technical mentor.

Drive the analysis, tuning, and optimization of CPU workloads for cutting-edge processor architectures. Work closely with architects, hardware designers, and software engineers to analyze performance bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and influence future CPU designs. Expertise will directly impact the performance of next-generation computing platforms across diverse workloads.
