Lead the full lifecycle of product innovation—from early-stage research and ideation through product development, technology transfer, and commercialization. Champion a translational R&D approach, ensuring that scientific discoveries and novel concepts are efficiently developed into high-quality, scalable products and seamlessly handed off to Operations. Responsible for identifying, assessing, and integrating innovative technologies within both 503A and 503B compounding environments to expand our product portfolio, optimize production, and ensure compliance.
