As the Sales Enablement & Operations Manager, you are the operational heartbeat of our phone and B2B sales organization. You’ll optimize how our teams sell, staff, and serve — turning data into action, systems into insights, and automation into efficiency. You’ll own the tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Five9, Calabrio, Balto) and the analytics that drive daily performance across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels.
