This position will involve Interaction on the licensing cases via email and phone, adopting operational efficiency, and driving continual process improvement. The Sales Support Sr. Analyst will process all types of One Identity product license code and license file requests including new orders, upgrade requests, license key regeneration, host/subscriber changes, ownership transfers, and merge requests. They will support internal and external customers with their non-technical needs as it relates to licensing.
