You will unify SEM and SEO, while also preparing for the future of discovery across LLMs, AI agents, and zero-click ecosystems. You will own everything from Google Ads and PMAX to SEO content strategy, AI-driven optimization, and structured data, working at the intersection of performance, content, and product.

Reporting to the Director of Growth, the SEO Lead will play a pivotal role in scaling Felix’s organic growth engine by leading our search strategy across AI-optimized content, technical SEO, and organic conversion funnels. This role is focused on driving non-paid acquisition, expanding Felix’s digital presence across high-intent health categories, and using AI-enhanced tools and insights to build a durable SEO moat.
