As a Product Support Engineer, you will own relationships with customers based in the Americas (and some prospects) while working closely with a growing GTM team and the Europe-based Product team. You will ensure customers successfully integrate our API-first products while continuously improving their staking activities by providing onboarding, training, and technical support.
