As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will assess a company or organization's operational and IT needs, create extensions for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform applications, and test your developments on the company network, integrating them with existing systems; You will also troubleshoot problems as they arise, ensuring seamless functionality and working with SQL servers in both on-premises and cloud-based environments.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the AI team, you will research and develop engineering methods, theories, and principles needed to effectively and cost-efficiently produce new products or modify old ones. You'll develop, maintain, test and optimize search capabilities for the company's platform, constructing scalable and reliable workflows that efficiently process big datasets and contribute to the design and architecture of a large-scale system centered around search.

You'll be developing state-of-the-art rendering solutions for in-house game engine VRAGE3 and games such as Space Engineers 2 as part of the Rendering team, working closely with the Art and Design teams to help them achieve the artistic vision. You can work remotely or on-site in Prague.

As a Staff Software Engineer on the AI team, you will research and develop engineering methods to produce new products or modify old ones while contributing to the design and architecture of a large-scale system centered around search capabilities. You will also develop new applications and services using C# and enhance existing application UI leveraging React.

Work with the CTO and Tech Leaders to design and execute the rich product roadmap. Develop new product features and support existing ones, while mentoring and supporting developers in implementing product requirements. Perform code review and promote development best practices. Take an active role in architecture and design decisions.

You’ll be responsible for guiding technical design, identifying technical blockers, and working with engineering leadership to grow technical capabilities. You'll also maintain system knowledge, guide quality engineering practices, resolve issues, and champion automation of delivery processes. Expert knowledge in C#/.NET with some exposure to PHP is highly desirable.

Work on initiatives that span multiple teams to improve how Xero creates and delivers software, guiding engineering practices to achieve product goals via world-class engineering techniques. Advocate for new technology and tooling, guide teams in defining SLOs, and ensure security and data guidelines are implemented, designing code and solving technical problems.
