You will lead development teams, ensure quality, participate in sprint planning, assign tasks, estimate workload, and design, develop, and deploy LIMS changes according to customer requirements. This also includes supporting the LIMS in collaboration with the other team members and ensuring good practices and high quality standards are implemented.
