As a Senior Software Engineer, you will bring ideas to production on AWS, including integrating LLMs and agents with various platforms and enterprise APIs. This role is primarily internal innovation with occasional support for customer engagements. You will report to the CTO & Chief AI Officer and work with a cross-functional team.
As a Staff React Engineer, you will perform work associated with the research and development of engineering methods, theories, and principles needed to effectively and cost-efficiently produce new products or modify old products. Develop, maintain, test, and optimize search capabilities for the company's platform. You will need to construct scalable and reliable workflows that efficiently process big datasets.
Take Twilio's Identity and Access Management Platform to the next level as part of an experienced team building complex, high-scale, highly-available distributed systems that all Twilio products build on top of; you'll have end-to-end ownership of services that process billions of requests per day. Build APIs, storage systems, cache layers and workflows to support complex business logic, while participating in agile development with rapid, iterative, frequently deployed applications.
