Support onboarding projects to accelerate the process and significantly reduce manual efforts for new merchants. Document merchant technical environments, encompassing system architecture diagrams, API inventories, and integration points. Develop integration templates, configuration guides, and reusable assets to streamline merchant onboarding. Investigate and resolve complex post-onboarding technical issues, conduct sandbox testing and site QA.
Develop and maintain backend solutions with a focus on software integration and data exchange. Design and implement development and integration interfaces to other systems. Develop and optimize connectivity modules in the PDM WebConnector. Design and implement efficient data models and business processes. Support the integration of the PDM WebConnector into existing IT landscapes. Communicate proactively with internal and external partners to align on technical requirements.
