Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in mobile (iOS and Android) development, with proven experience integrating mobile solutions into enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This role is responsible for developing scalable, secure, and compliant architectures that support clinical operations, patient engagement, and business transformation initiatives.

The role entails leading teams in elevating the Linux developer and user experience, designing, building and shipping high quality, performant software in Rust, Go and Python, and demonstrating sound engineering principles through architecture, development and code reviews.

Lead the development of our consumer-facing mobile app, built in Flutter and deployed across Android, iOS, and WebAssembly web apps. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who not only writes exceptional Flutter code but also shapes the systems, processes, and people behind a world-class mobile experience. Oversee the full lifecycle of mobile development, while driving a culture of continuous delivery, experimentation, and measurable product impact.
