The Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for leading a small cross-functional team (5-8 professionals) to meet organizational goals. Roughly 30% of the role has management/leadership responsibilities, and 70% of the responsibilities will require you to flex your technical skills in application design and web development. The ability to wear different hats and juggle multiple competing priorities is crucial.

Participate in the design and development of business applications and customizations. Develop of the data access layers, business objects, and presentation layers. Research and prototyping ERP modules using new technologies. Support for existing code, code optimization and refactoring. Analyze the code, search for and correct errors in the existing functionality.
