At Mixpanel, Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) work closely in pods to define the product and experiences. We process over a trillion data points a month, so we have a lot of interesting scaling challenges. Engineers are encouraged to own key pieces of the product, maintain them, and always advocate for improvements.
