You’ll be working closely with project managers and customers to build custom solutions and integrations as a Software Engineer for the Professional Services team. The team builds unique solutions to solve customer problems and improve the customer experience. You will be responsible for assisting with technical direction and mentoring other developers.

The Principal Engineer will be part of the Payments team and will be responsible for building new payments and money movement capabilities across US and International, and (re)architecting our payments platform to scale for the future. As a Gusto Software Engineer, you’ll be guiding projects end-to-end and maintaining code that powers core experiences.
