Lead the Developer Experience Engineering Team and drive the technical strategy, execution, and operational excellence of this critical function to ensure our platform’s success. Build world-class developer tools, SDKs, and documentation to create a seamless integration experience for our customers, while fostering a high-performing team culture and delivering intuitive and reliable developer-facing solutions.

You’ll use your engineering expertise to help brands and partners integrate with Olo’s APIs, SDKs, and technical specs by troubleshooting complex issues and providing clear resolution guidance. You’ll also collaborate across teams to improve the developer experience, enhance internal processes, and drive automation. This position is fully remote and allows you to work from anywhere within the United Kingdom.

Solutions Engineers build and deepen the technical relationship between Stainless and its most important users, working directly with innovative technology companies. This role involves evolving SDKs, contributing code, and advocating for user needs, requiring strong independent judgment and the ability to learn quickly. Responsibilities include writing code, improving codegen, and creating documentation.
