As a Staff Software Engineer, you will balance the role of an individual contributor while also anchoring new projects, leading technical direction and mentoring other engineers on the team, architecting the next generation book and records system that powers Coinbase. You will manage projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with various teams to turn product vision into a roadmap.
