Drive project-level impact to make autonomous vehicles operate at superhuman capabilities for comfortable, safe driving. You will define and influence the direction of the team, organization, and/or department. You'll formulate problems, architect solutions, and design processes to productionize and deploy solutions onto autonomous vehicle fleets and help reinforce a culture of inclusion, innovation, and excellence.

Improve the current actuator models (steering, brake, throttle, and engine brake) to better represent their current behaviour. Look into better modeling of vehicle transmission system for better offline validation of the motion control system. Investigate switching to higher fidelity dynamics models and compare them to current models. Get new data, learn the parameters, and verify new model’s ability to represent the vehicle’s performance.
