Solutions Engineer

This individual will learn the art of building AI Agents and prototyping customer service use-cases for demoing to potential prospects so that we can tell meaningful stories and win new business opportunities. This role will work with the account executive and assist with the presales process. The ideal candidate has great communication skills and is comfortable speaking to all levels of the organization.
