This role is critical to managing cash across markets, ensuring liquidity, driving forecasting, and enabling safe and scalable operations. As a Treasury Operations Senior Analyst, you will be critical in ensuring efficient execution of pawaPay’s treasury operations, including merchant settlements, foreign exchange (FX) transactions, liquidity management, and settlement processes improvement across multiple African markets. The role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, banking partners, other treasury partners as well as customers.
As a Manager, Treasury & Payments, you will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global treasury and payments operations. You will manage liquidity, foreign exchange, and cash operations across multiple currencies and jurisdictions. You will lead the Treasury team and support the Payment team to ensure efficient, secure, and compliant disbursements at scale.
