Design and run growth based experiments across the relevant product surface areas for Payments within Xero, using hypothesis based testing and various methods to validate them. You'll champion the value of design, dive into research and analysis, help define the problems we're solving, and create design frameworks. Working closely with development teams during sprints to ensure design quality and solve issues is also part of the role.

As a Senior Product/UX Designer, you will work with other designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to experiment and optimize product experiences that drive revenue and improve retention. You’ll advocate for a good user experience as part of a fully remote team that values experimentation, iteration, and a willingness to take risks.
