We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Product Management - Risk Platform to lead the development and evolution of our risk decisioning product platform. This leader will be responsible for the foundational services and capabilities that power our risk decisioning engine, enabling our lending and account products to scale and innovate rapidly, balancing credit and fraud risk. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant impact by building robust, agnostic services leveraged orchestrated across all our products, with a strong focus on developing new, scalable API-based capabilities and leveraging Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize key platform functionalities.

As an Engineering Team Lead with full-stack experience, you’ll start your day aligning with designers, engineers, and product managers to set goals and clarify priorities. You’ll be hands-on in both front-end and back-end development, building responsive, high-quality user experiences while driving back-end integrations and services. You’ll guide a team of engineers, ensuring collaboration, communication, and technical excellence.

As an Automation Engineer, you will develop and enhance our automation framework and play a crucial role in developing robust automation frameworks using Java/Python and other technologies to support our QA processes. You will collaborate closely with QA engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of software products.
