Director of Product Management - Risk Platform

We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Product Management - Risk Platform to lead the development and evolution of our risk decisioning product platform. This leader will be responsible for the foundational services and capabilities that power our risk decisioning engine, enabling our lending and account products to scale and innovate rapidly, balancing credit and fraud risk. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant impact by building robust, agnostic services leveraged orchestrated across all our products, with a strong focus on developing new, scalable API-based capabilities and leveraging Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize key platform functionalities. The Director will define and champion the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for our risk product platform, aligning it with overall company and product objectives; own the end-to-end product lifecycle of the orchestration platform of shared platform services, including fraud detection and risk mitigation solutions, income verification services and other third-party decisioning services; lead the strategic direction and development of our Policy Optimizer product, leveraging ML and AI to enhance decision-making and performance across the platform; and lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented Product Managers specializing in Data and Fraud.
