Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Total Rewards Analyst to join the HR team, specializing in the administration and analysis of employee benefits programs, with a focus on retirement plans (401(k), deferred compensation), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and financial wellness. This role will support the design, implementation, compliance, and communication of these programs to ensure they align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

To support the vision and mission of the Global Privacy Department with responsibilities as described in the posting. Managing the Privacy Department’s data subject rights requests, including processing rights requests on receipt to ensure compliance with relevant deadlines. Implementing the workflow through to completion for the documentation of processing activities, data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and data protection agreements.
