IT System Administrator
- Administer and maintain Entra features like creating and editing Conditional Access Policies and implementing new Enterprise Applications to facilitate Single Sign On, SCIM provisioning, and other internal use cases.
- Act as an escalation point for front line support to meet internal OLAs; this requires strong troubleshooting skills and resourcefulness.
- Administer and configure a variety SaaS products including Atlassian, Slack, Adobe, Miro, and more and support efforts to deduplicate our SaaS suite, creating a single consistent tool set across all business areas.
