This job is responsible for preparing journal entries, financial statements and participating in closing processes. Under general supervision, this job performs a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

Assists in providing technical application support for clinical and/or business applications to improve their overall performance and ensure they are meeting the organization’s needs. Working under close supervision, assists with gathering, analyzing, and evaluating user needs, and implementing, optimizing, supporting, and troubleshooting clinical and/or business applications.

The Provider Compensation Analyst analyzes and evaluates physician compensation plans, conducts market research, and collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement effective compensation strategies. This position ensures fair and competitive compensation for physicians.
