This key hire will fulfill a dual capacity position: (i) as the statutory Data Protection Officer (DPO) ensuring legal compliance and independence per GDPR and related laws, and (ii) as the Lead Privacy Counsel serving as the legal subject matter expert for privacy advice and governance within the Legal team. You will advise the organization on Company obligations under GDPR and maintain a record of processing operations.

As Head of Quality, the primary goal is to build and lead a customer-facing intelligence product line that delivers actionable insights from Everseen’s Vision AI solutions and complementary third-party data sources. Transform complex operational and performance data into clear, impactful analytics and reporting tools that provide retail customers with unparalleled visibility. This role is pivotal in creating a new revenue stream by developing and scaling a market-leading intelligence offering.
