Seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Tailwind team, someone who will support guests and partners via chat, email, and occasional calls, resolving inquiries quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Weβre looking for an Office Assistant (Remote) with a sharp eye for detail, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision to support a fast-paced, global leadership team (primarily US-based). This role requires someone who can think critically, operate independently, and anticipate needs before they arise; those successful are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
This is not just a reservationist role; this role will also serve as a vital part of our guest review and satisfaction strategy. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to guests who are about to check out or have recently departed, to prevent negative reviews and encourage positive feedback. This role requires someone who is confident, results-driven, and naturally enthusiastic when talking to people.
