Gradient Learning is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partner Engagement Lead to strengthen and expand our relationships with district leaders and other key stakeholder groups. This role is focused on providing high-level guidance and partnership strategy to systems-level stakeholders, ensuring Gradient Learning’s work is responsive to the needs of the field while advancing our mission.

Own the successful implementation of the Whole Student System across our network of partner schools via multi-year coaching of school leadership team members as well as ongoing account management efforts. Ensure the successful implementation of the Whole Student System across all partner schools. Develop and continually evolve a vision for School & District Support aligned with an evolving program vision and sector best practices. Serve as the voice of partner schools across the organization. Manage the Program Success Team.
