Job Description
As a Partner Engagement Lead, you will act as a trusted advisor to district leaders and other key stakeholders—co-designing strategic initiatives, facilitating meaningful engagement opportunities, and aligning partnership goals with Gradient’s programmatic and organizational priorities. You’ll help shape pilots, programs, and research collaborations by translating partner priorities into actionable engagements, ensuring they produce insights and impact that are relevant at the systems level.
Reporting to the Managing Director of Partner Engagement, you will collaborate across teams to ensure Gradient’s educator network is engaged in forward-looking, impactful partnerships that contribute to the evolution of our program and the broader field.
