Gravwell

As a OT Customer Success Engineer, you’ll be the technical backbone of our customer success efforts in Operational Technology environments. You’ll design, deploy, and optimize Gravwell-based analytics solutions that integrate with critical infrastructure systems. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you’ll help customers operationalize Gravwell, troubleshoot complex integrations, and develop automations that drive real results.

The Frontend Software Engineer supports Gravwell’s software engineering group which is responsible for the design, development, and testing of the Gravwell product. Candidates must be self-motivated, comfortable working remotely, willing to learn and to tackle tough challenges. The product is a dynamic data analysis and visualization platform designed to process and display large sets of unstructured data and to manage automation tasks.
