- Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of payment processing across HPS, PayMedix, and TempoPay, including settlements, reconciliation, and money movement.
- Build scalable collections operations strategy and vendor management to drive operational excellence and reduce manual work.
- Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and external payment partners to improve payment infrastructure and operational controls.
