Role:
- Lead operational execution of the payments ecosystem across HPS, PayMedix, and TempoPay.
- Own reconciliation, settlements, collections, vendor management, and operational controls.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payment lifecycle and improve scalability, automation, and controls.
- Build scalable collections strategy and partner with BPO teams to drive performance.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in payments operations with deep expertise in ACH, cards, and reconciliation.
- Strong cross-functional leadership with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Compliance.
