Daily Payout Processing:
- Prepare ACH, Wise, and wire batches in accordance with daily runbooks and cutoffs.
- Process returns, retries, and payout exceptions accurately and on time.
Records & Controls:
- Operate as maker only; never validate or release your own work.
- Maintain complete, accurate records for independent reconciliation by Accounting.
- Flag anomalies and control gaps immediately.
Transition & Automation Adoption:
- Execute cutover tasks as offshore work transitions in-house.
- Adopt new automated workflows as TRM and batch automation land.
- Suggest runbook improvements based on front-line experience.
