New Money Movement Operations Analyst

Job Overview:

• Supports accurate, timely, and compliant processing of routine money movement transactions.
• Provides first-level operational support across assigned payment functions.
• Follows documented procedures and controls, maintaining clear records.

What You'll Do:

• Handles inquiries through calls, chats, emails, and service requests.
• Reviews incoming requests for completeness, urgency, risk, and member impact.
• Supports ACH, wire, check, and other payment activities with research and documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school education and one year of money movement experience required.
• Basic knowledge of ACH, wires, checks, and fraud awareness.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
