Customer Operations Executive

About the Role:

• You'll be at the heart of helping customers move their money quickly, safely, and correctly.
• You'll work within a sub-team supporting transfers, payments, or home-buying withdrawals.
• You'll also build relationships, escalate feedback, and improve processes.

What You'll Do:

• Support customers with transfers, payments, and LISA withdrawals, coordinating with solicitors and providers.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring clear and warm communication.
• Capture feedback, monitor through to completion, and lead internal operational projects.

About You:

• You enjoy talking to people and can explain complicated things simply.
• You have meticulous attention to detail and are calm under pressure.
• You have excellent written and spoken English and strong analytical skills.
