Job Description:

• Manage and streamline the payment process by identifying and matching incoming payments to customer bookings.
• Reconcile accounting entries across global accounts and multiple currencies, and investigate unmatched payments.
• Troubleshoot bank and partner reporting issues and recommend process improvements to reduce manual work.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree with 1-2 years of corporate experience in payments or banking.
• Expertise in payments identification and reconciliation, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fast learner with ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and drive tasks to completion.
