Manage revenue strategy for a cluster of branded, select-service and full-service hotels. Train and mentor Area Directors of Revenue Management. Control room rates and availability to maximize occupancy and revenues. Develop and implement sales, mix of business, and pricing strategies. Prepare for and conduct Revenue Management meetings. Initiate short and long term revenue forecasts and identify areas of opportunity.
