Lead a team of Product Managers focused on service coverage, delivery times, optimizing order batching and routing, shopper matching, positioning and pay. Develop the Roadmap and Strategy to improve Instacart's long term growth and profitability, including key outcomes like fulfillment cost and speed. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will collaborate closely with senior engineers and product leaders to develop and enhance Instacart's ads systems. You will use machine learning to devise and refine solutions in crucial areas such as ads selection, ranking, auction, and pricing across all of Instacart’s consumer facing pages. You will actively contribute to initiatives, assisting in all stages from the initial concept, through prototyping and experimentation, to final implementation.

As a Staff Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our Shopping Experience Team, driving engineering initiatives and architectural decisions across multiple teams in Instacart's Online Grocery Pillar. You will engage in hands-on coding to develop core features and services, conduct engineering reviews to ensure high standards, and identify unifying patterns and systems to enhance architectural coherence.
