This vital role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance and improve our underwriting processes, managing risk to our tolerance level, and helping to ensure the department and its practices are compliant with applicable rules and regulations. The Director also leads and manages our underwriting team, and works to foster strong relationships with other LBF departments.
