  • Manage construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion across Moto's UK network.
  • Develop project briefs, budgets, risk registers, and coordinate all stages including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, within budget, and in compliance with CDM 2015 and Building Regulations.
