Construction Project Manager

What you'll be doing:

• Manage construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, quality and programme requirements.
• Develop project briefs, programmes, budgets, risk registers and delivery plans with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate all stages of the project lifecycle, including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, handover and close-out.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering construction, refurbishment or fit-out projects from concept to completion.
• Strong project planning, risk management and project control experience, with knowledge of CDM 2015 and Building Regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels.
