You'll nurture current donors and find new ones as a Development Officer, with support from the CEO, senior leaders, and the Marketing and Comms team. Your primary focus will be cultivating and growing The Builders program, targeting high net worth individuals, family foundations, donor-advised funds, and corporate sponsors who commit $50,000+ a year for multiple years, enabling New Story to innovate and grow.

The Fund Finance & Operations Manager will lead fund-level portfolio management by analyzing investment performance, developing financial models, and managing currency and valuation risks. They will also oversee fund operations, including capital flows and third-party relationships, ensuring accurate NAV calculations and system integration. This entrepreneurial role calls for a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional.
