Vice President, Talent Acquisition

What You'll Do:

• Own and execute the enterprise TA strategy, aligned to business goals, workforce plans, and HR strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders to define current/future staffing needs and required competencies.
• Build and lead a TA team that consistently hits recruiting targets across a dispersed organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or workforce strategy.
• Proven responsibility for significant operating budgets and recruiting technology.
